I incorporated Harbert Management Corporation on November 4, 1993 with four other original
shareholders: David Boutwell, Will Brooke, Charlie Miller and Michael White. We all shared a common
vision to build a world-class investment management firm. Twenty-five years later, I’d like to think
that vision has been realized.
