| Raymond J. HarbertChairman & CEO | Mr. Harbert has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HMC since it was organized in 1993. He began his career with Harbert International, Inc., now a subsidiary of Harbert Corporation, where he held various positions. Subsequently, Mr. Harbert served as Vice President of Business Development and then as President of Harbert Properties Corporation, Harbert Corporation’s real estate subsidiary. In 1987, he was elected Vice President of Harbert Corporation, where his responsibilities included overseeing subsidiary operations, managing corporate mergers and acquisitions, and reviewing and making equity and venture capital investments. In 1990, he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Harbert Corporation. He serves as Trustee for the State of Alabama Trust Fund and as a Trustee of the Robert Meyer Foundation. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Children’s Hospital of Alabama and serves on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. In addition, Mr. Harbert serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Board of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, serves as a member of the Entrepreneurship and Liberal Arts Advisory Council for Wake Forest University, and is on the Benefactors Society Board for The College Foundation for the University of Virginia. Mr. Harbert is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and Leadership Alabama. In 2006, Mr. Harbert was awarded the regional Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Auburn University. |
| Michael P. WhiteVice President & Senior Managing Director | Mr. White has worked on the HMC U.S. real estate team since its inception in 1994. Mr. White joined Harbert International, Inc. in 1983 and held various positions in its construction division until 1986, when he moved to Harbert Properties Corporation, where he ultimately became Vice President of Development and Finance of Harbert Properties Corporation. In 1994, Mr. White joined The Harbinger Group, Inc. (now Harbert Fund Advisors, Inc.), a subsidiary of HMC, and served as Chief Operating Officer and was actively involved in the development and implementation of HMC’s alternative investment strategy. Mr. White served in this role until 1998, when he assumed overall responsibility for HMC’s U.S. real estate investment activity. Mr. White, along with Alan C. Fuller, have acquired over 4 million square feet of office space, over 3,300 apartment units, 1.8 million square feet of industrial real estate and 400,000 square feet of retail space as fund managers for HMC’s U.S. real estate strategies. These acquisitions and developments represent almost $900 million in transactions. He serves as a Board Member of the Alabama School of Fine Arts Foundation and the University of Florida’s Center for Real Estate Studies. Mr. White holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. |
| Alan C. FullerVice President & Senior Managing Director | Mr. Fuller joined Harbert Realty Services, Inc. as a Senior Asset Manager in 1987. In 1993, he moved to a separate real estate development company, where he gained significant operational experience as Director of Operations, with responsibility for the company’s property management and financial analysis divisions and the company’s three million square foot development, which included office, retail and multifamily properties. Mr. Fuller joined HMC in 1994 to assist in the implementation of HMC’s U.S. real estate fund strategy and continues in this role today. Mr. Fuller, along with Michael P. White, have acquired over 4 million square feet of office space, over 3,300 apartment units, 1.8 million square feet of industrial real estate and 400,000 square feet of retail space as fund managers for HMC’s U.S. real estate strategies. These acquisitions and developments represent almost $900 million in transactions. Mr. Fuller holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was captain of the men’s golf team. |
| Todd N. Jordan Director of Investments | Mr. Jordan joined HMC in 2003 to assist with the acquisitions, dispositions, financings and day-to-day asset management of the company’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC in 2003, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, advising real estate clients ranging from public REITs to private investment funds. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Tax Accounting degree from the University of Alabama, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. Mr. Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant. |
| J. Travis Pritchett Associate | Mr. Pritchett joined HMC in 2005 to assist with the acquisitions, dispositions, financings and day-to-day asset management of the company’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC, he worked as a Portfolio Analyst for Trusco Capital Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University. |
| Melody T. Lewis Asset Manager
| Ms. Lewis joined HMC in 1997 to assist with portfolio asset management. Her previous experience includes work with the residential mortgage and funds management industries. Ms. Lewis received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville. |

| Mr. Beatty joined HMC in 2005 to assist in the area of financial analysis and market research. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee. |
| Andrew S. Case Analyst
| Mr. Case joined HMC in 2007 to assist in the area of financial analysis and market research. Prior to joining HMC in 2007, he worked for KPMG LLP in their Mergers & Acquisitions group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Tennessee. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
