 | Harold A. LehrSenior Managing Director | Harold Lehr is the Senior Managing Director of the Harbert Strategic Commodities Investment Team. Prior to joining HMC to launch the Harbert Strategic Commodities funds, Mr. Lehr served as the portfolio manager running a global commodities and commodity-related securities portfolio for Caxton Associates, the hedge fund led by Bruce Kovner with approximately $13.5 billion in assets under management during Mr. Lehr’s tenure. Prior to Caxton, he held a similar role as the portfolio manager running a global commodities and commodity-related securities portfolio for Soros Fund Management's Quantum Fund. Mr. Lehr began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1990 where he worked for seven years – initially as a financial analyst and subsequently as a Senior Trader in the Commodities Division, trading oil, gas, and electricity. After leaving Morgan Stanley to transition to the buy side, Mr. Lehr worked for The Leeb Group, an investment management and brokerage firm, and subsequently for the Event Driven/Alternative Strategies Hedge Fund Group at John A. Levin & Co. – a New York based investment firm which managed approximately $12 billion during Mr. Lehr’s tenure – where he researched and initiated energy and alternative energy positions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a triple major in Finance, International Business, and Strategic Management. |

| Kevin O’Shaughnessy is a Trader for the Harbert Strategic Commodities Investment Team. Prior to joining HMC, Mr. O’Shaughnessy was a Vice President at Tullett Prebon where he brokered commodity and interest rate instruments. During his 13 year tenure at Tullett Prebon, Mr. O’Shaughnessy held various positions and was active in commodity and interest rate derivative markets in both the United States and Europe. Prior to Tullett Prebon, Mr. O’Shaughnessy worked on the U.S. Treasury primary dealer desk at Bankers Trust in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. |

| Fiona Boal is a Vice President of the Harbert Strategic Commodities Investment Team. Prior to joining HMC, Ms. Boal held various positions at Rabobank International in both Sydney and New York from 2000 to 2008, including serving as Executive Director of Food and Agribusiness Research. Prior to Rabobank International, Ms. Boal was an Analyst for Meat & Livestock Australia Limited in Sydney. Ms. Boal earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics degree from the University of Sydney, where she received the University Medal for ranking first in degree. Ms. Boal also earned a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, where she was ranked first in Legal Risk of Finance. |

| Ari Dach is an Associate of the Harbert Strategic Commodities Investment Team. Prior to joining HMC, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst in the Global Industries Group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. where he focused primarily on the power and utility sectors. Mr. Dach attended Boston University where he participated in the Collaborative Dual Degree Program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, graduating Cum Laude. |

| Maziar Brumand is an Associate of the Harbert Strategic Commodities Investment Team. Mr. Brumand began his career as a Strategy and Operations Consultant in Financial Services and Technology for Accenture and was a summer associate at a multi-strategy global equity hedge fund at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |
