Harbinger Private Equity Fund I, LLC (HPEF I) held its final closing in December 1999 and invested in six platforms and four add-ons. HPEF I has been fully realized. Harbert Private Equity Fund II, LLC (HPEF II) held its final closing December 2004 and invested in thirteen platforms and sixteen add-ons.
