John C. Harrison

Mr. Harrison joined HMC in 2000 and serves as Senior Managing Director of its Mezzanine Capital team.  He is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. Previously, he worked for Finova Mezzanine Capital as Vice President and Eastern Regional Manager. He is also the former Vice President of Sirrom Capital Corporation. Mr. Harrison has experience in the commercial banking industry with a focus on lending and credit management prior to joining HMC. He received his degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee.

Brent G. Ray

Mr. Ray is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. He is a former Vice President of both Sirrom Capital Corporation and Equitable Securities Investment Banking Group. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.

John S. Scott

Mr. Scott is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. He formerly served with Sirrom Capital Corporation as Eastern, North, West, and Midwestern Regional Manager. He is also a former Commercial Bank Officer for Ameritrust Corporation, Citizens Bank and First American National Bank. Mr. Scott is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Robert A. Bourquin

Mr. Bourquin is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments. He is a former Vice President of Sirrom Capital Corporation and Finova Mezzanine Capital. Prior to joining Sirrom, Mr. Bourquin was an Associate with the Investment Banking Group of George K. Baum & Co. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.

J. Pryor Smartt

Prior to joining HMC, Mr. Smartt worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of McDonald Investments and in the Corporate and Investment Banking Group of SunTrust Bank. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Alyce M. Ory

Prior to joining HMC, Ms. Ory worked at Finova Mezzanine Capital and in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at SunTrust Equitable Securities. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Erick D. Clifford

Prior to joining HMC, Mr. Clifford worked in the Business Services Investment Banking Group of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and the Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Equity Research Group of Bear Stearns & Company. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.

D. Andrew Tatman II

Prior to joining HMC, Mr. Tatman worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Group of Morgan Keegan & Company and with the Morgan Keegan Mezzanine Fund.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
