Since the early 1970’s, HMC and its affiliates have been active investors, developers and managers of real estate both in the United States and, more recently, Europe.

Our real estate investment activity is directed by two investment teams - one located in Birmingham, Alabama and one in London, England, supported by ancillary offices in Warsaw, Poland and Madrid, Spain. Each team targets opportunistic investments across a wide range of real estate property types including office, multifamily, industrial and retail.

HMC's subsidiary Harbert Realty Services, Inc. provides a full range of real estate management services to clients throughout the Southeastern United States.
